Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of coconut meat
- 2/4 cup frozen pitaya
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup almond milk (or plant based milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon of Loyal
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup of ice
- Toppings (optional):
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
- Loyal homemade granola
- Slivered almonds or walnuts
- Fresh strawberries or raspberries
- 1 TBSP goji berries
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients (except for the toppings) into a blender
- Blend the ingredients thoroughly until they create a smooth consistency
- Pour into a bowl
- Add your favorite toppings
- Now it’s time to enjoy
